SO Ladies…
This is where it all happens. The SUGAR SPOKES Headquarters is located at Federation Square. We meet there each THURSDAY @ 6.15pm. Every girl is welcome on a push bike. It’s all about enjoying the ride, the people and our Melbourne scenery.

Until further notice, weekly rides are no longer weekly. Stay in touch via the forums, Facebook, this blog and Twitter for when rides are happening. Anyone is welcome to call for a ride at any time. Weekly rides will be back soon if people start showing interest, and we’d all be crazy not to with the weather improving!

    hey, ive been lurking and watching this forum for a few months now, dreaming of coming along for a ride. I just finished up my custom single speed, so i was wondering if it will be fine for me to come along next thursday?
